Ingredients for Sticky Korean Chicken Wings

soy sauce 500ml
oyster sauce 250ml
brown sugar 500g
rice vinegar 125ml
lime juice 125ml
water 100ml
sesame oil 125ml
bbq sauce 1250ml
ginger paste 20g
garlic paste 20g
Gochujang 200ml
METHOD-
finned chop the ginger and garlic sautte untill the colour going to brown
then mix all things togeather in hot pot
whisk togeather well
bring it to boil then allow to simmer for 10 minutes
reduced until desired consistency achieved.(it should be like maple syrup)
NOTE:
use only fresh lime juice not from the bottle
